Super good food, and LOTS of it! My bf is Jewish. I'm Southern. I'm very picky about food. Most Jewish food isn't my fave. This stuff, though, I can eat! Matzo Balls fo' dayzzzz!

I've been to JB's Deli twice in the last month I gave my first experience a four star Yelp rating but I was really disappointed in my recent visit. I ordered the corned beef on rye on both visits the first time it was nice and warm and tender with just the right amount of mustard but my last visit the corned beef was tough nothing like the first time. My friend ordered the beef brisket sandwich, I called her later on that evening and she told me that "the brisket didn't agree with me".
Also, I noticed that they had Metropolis Coffee on the shelf so I assumed that's what was in the coffee pumpers. What a disappointment it was weak and tasted like it was in the pumper all day long and in my opinion was not Metropolis Coffee. I can't believe what a good time I had the first time I went there it was great but it seemed like I was in a totally different place altogether the second time around. I won't be going back. -

Ok. So I just won't go in the back room for now. Went back here on a lovely Sunday afternoon stroll and well it was really good. I'll say again and again their customer service is top notch. Super friendly and personable service. I guess my disappointment lies with some previous choices and well that back room needs work. So just sit in the front for now or take it to go.We enjoyed a turkey pastrami on rye and a bagel with lox. Both were awesome, stacked, yummy and fresh! Thank you!

This place is such a treat. Everyone is professional, friendly and have amazing service. The sandwiches are off the chain. So good. I love this place. Great food.

I have to say; I was terrified to give this place a try after seeing the Yelp reviews. Specifically, the photos people had taken. However, the growl in my stomach said: "Feed me, Seymour." So I decided to give them a shot.
The hours on their door says they close at like 6:30, but yelp said otherwise, so I pulled the door, and it was open.
I like the interior; it reminded me of some Julia Roberts 80's romantic comedy. It's like a small town mini-mart which I loved. The 7-Eleven from back in the day with selections you want and not stuff you settle on.
Customer service was okay, and sandwich I had was like Whoa! It was called "My Cardiologist needs a new car." It was a monster sandwich of brisket, corned beef, and pastrami with swiss cheese and slaw. It was very delicious, and I would totally go back for another. However, on my next trip, I think I'll try the Lox. I should have just got a pound of it when I was there.
Despite past yelp reviews for JB'S not being so great, I am a frequent GrubHub user and the reviews there are close to five stars. That helped sway me.
